We provide both fixed and variable rate financing with terms up to 25 years. The maximum loan-to-value varies, but will not exceed 75% of cost, or appraised value, whichever is less.

First Commerce Bank offers Term Loans with either a fixed or variable interest rate. Loans are for a defined time period, generally three to seven years depending on the purpose of the loan and the useful life of the new asset.
